Bough a set of Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells since the gym was closed during the pandemic. Great dumbbells for an apartment but our space is limited and my wife can not pick them up to put them away each time she wants to use them or to hide them away. We had space in our family room under the futon so I thought some low-profile wheels would allow us to store them when not in use, but easy to retrieve when it is time to sweat. These wheels are just right in terms of function and low profile. only adding an additional 1/4 in to the height of the equipment, without needing to modify the base of the equipment. I used PETG because that was running in my printer but PLA should be even better for this, though I'm impressed with how easy they do roll. To print is used 5 walls. Printed one base per wheel. IMPORTANT: Two of the base are printed as is, and two printed in the vertical mirror. You will need two half axels per wheel as well, and I reduced the diameter (Y and Z for my print orientation) size by 3% to help with the snug fit, alternatively is sand it down a bit. The wheels themselves can be printed as is. The rubber feet, screws, and washers that came with the dumbells are what are used to secure the foot in place.
