Wheelbarrow Headlight Using Eveready 6V Flashlight Guts

Wheelbarrow Headlight Using Eveready 6V Flashlight Guts

In the deep dark cold of winter, stumbling out to the woodshed in the pitch black isn't so fun. So I made a headlight for my wheelbarrow using the guts of an Eveready 6V flashlight (see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1071036 ). There are many unprinted versions of the housing for the light -- the one seen here is the one named "bell housing with beefed up attachment post". The parts are painted with inexpensive appliance epoxy paint for weather proofing reasons. I wouldn't have really chosen beige except it was that or white, and I figured white would be silly on a wheelbarrow. For the other versions of the lens housing, lighter posts are fine for non-vibrating uses. There are also some versions where the post and the housing are separate pieces which can be epoxied together later -- these will save support material.
