I'm currently building a 2"X48" belt grinder. I'd like to test ABS or PLA wheels. They are designed to fit 608 ball bearings. The motor wheel is for a 19mm motor axis. Profile is not flat to get better tracking. I Used PLA since ABS is such a pain to print.. The belt grinder is working fine for now.
