After searching for a fan shroud that provided a clear unobstructed view of the nozzle, I happened upon this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770372 I like how it wrapped around the back of the nozzle, however it required a redesign to fit an Ender 3v2. For the design rational, please read the OP's description, it is all you will need to know. However, I did not hold to design criteria 6). This remix is only to adapt the design to fit an Ender 3v2. This is designed to fit this duct fan: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3808538 (Main body without endoscope mount) I added some mounts for x2 3mm LED lights that are spliced into the 24V from the main It was design to fit a 5015 style blower fan (specificaly https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3808538), so this WILL NOT fit a stock blower. Fusion view: https://a360.co/3yL7ZWJ So far I have not had corners lift, but the experiments continues... As the OP noted, I found that minimal air flow is required at all times or the duct get soft, even printed in PETG. My printer has the 4.2.2 board and seems to support 5% fan speed, so I set my lowest speed to 5% and with the blower 2020-10-02 Update VERSION 2 Made a change so that it can be printed without supports. Beefed up the right fan duct as heat caused the small area to sag (a few time running without the fan on low!) The support also keeps the 3mm LED Stay in place better. This model is uploaded without refinements ie radius' etc. But It works better than V1 so Thought I would share. * May alter again to hold the left LED in place better.
