Recently came home to a dryer making one of the loudest noises I've ever heard. It was the tensioner pulley which is designed to fail. A steal on steal design, no brass, no bearing. Ordered two $6 bearings and printed these two pieces and it is better than new. Install pulley. You may have to remove the idler arm and file or sand the 1/2" rod to make the bearing fit easily. Add retaining clip. Dry Clothes
