Whiteboard Marker / Pen Holder (For laser cutter or CNC Mill) (Java-language parametric)

thingiverse

Java-generated whiteboard marker holder meant for laser cutting or CNC milling. Works by hanging off a screw or also works fine free-standing because it has a wider base. Holds 9 large markers and 2 small ones, but it's trivial to edit the SVG and change this to make it hold whatever you want. I cut another version of this that is freestanding and holds test tubes, for instance. The slots in the SVG file are sized to print with a snap-fit on a laser cutter with 0.2mm kerf. (In my case, a 60W epilog). You can change the variable in the included stand-alone java file to generate with whatever kerf you'd like, or disable this feature entirely. Would also be easy to CNC mill this from a board by feeding the svg into something like http://www.makercam.com/
