Wicked Edge Sharpener Upgrade

I don't understand why my images are warped. My other projects show fine, and nothing has changed. This is a series of upgrades for the Wicked Edge 1st generation sharpener. This replaces the base with 2" x 1" 80/20 aluminum extrusions, changes the side rails to 1" 80/20 extrusions, and swaps the sloppy shaft and linkages for tight tolerance linear motion components. You'll need a digital angle cube to set your angles because you won't have the reference points, or just sharpie the edge and adjust until you get to where you need to be. I've added a BOM from McMaster-Carr but I used spare components from another project. Aside from the list below, you'll also need some spare 1/4"-20 nuts and washers, and possible extra 80/20 screws and nuts. 47065T147x1 91185A398x1 6111K448x6 47065T101x1 60645K221x2 6381K41 (cut down to about 3/8" length)x2 2424K11x2 47065T267x2 47065T257x2 47065T281x2 47065T107x2 47065T278x2 1031K63x2
