Additional file is my final version: longer and wider handle as well as patching a thin area in the controller handle attachment area. Printed at 15% infill 2 layers perimeter and 3 layers top and bottom; Weight with 14 gram Lithium battery is 167 grams. The lower weight battery also reduces the weight in the paddle area which I prefer A 8 x 32 nylon screw was used for the hinge. No nut needed. Just run a steel screw through first to make the threads. Saves a couple of grams.
