This is a modified version of my original design. This channel cutter cuts 1.5mm wider than my other channel cutter as requested by user Xykevinr. This channel cutter is NOT for the standard 4.5mm Dollar Tree foam board sold in the US. My standard channel cutter for Dollar Tree foam board made by Adams is available at the following link. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1426975 Since I only have Dollar Tree foam board this design had not been tested!
