This remake of Grid for LED strips w/ clock example (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2930831) by parallyze fetches time from an Internet Time Server. A WeMOS D1 R1 module replaces the Arduino. An updated Sketch is included to support a WeMOS and NTP server. I designed a PCB board using Eagle files, but it's simple enough that you can easily use proto-board instead. Using OpenSCAD, I modified the mounting bracket to accommodate a PCB board on the back. Drill out holes with a 2.5mm drill and tap them with a 3mm tap. Secure the PCB with M3 x 6mm screws.
