I bought a few WiFi dimmers that are to be installed behind your wall mounted light switch. The junction box in my concrete wall was to small to house the WiFi dimmer unit, so I designed a bigger cover for my existing switch and wall socket. I designed the parts in a manner that you don't need supports. This however means that you need to glue the top of the cover onto the bottom part. Since the WiFi dimmer unit also needs more height than the original cover, the new housing has been heightened to incorporate that extra height. The 2 bridge units need to be glued into the bottom plate. The two socket bridges have been designed to get the internal electrical unit for the normal rocker switch and the socket to the correct height so the housing can be attached using the original screws. The two rocker switch parts and socket part can be taken out of the original housing and fit in the new bigger housing. As this most likely will be printed in non fireproof materials like PLA or PETG, the risks of installing this are all your own. When you decide to use this design, I am in no way responsible for any problems or fire hazards that may arise from faulty installations. I have discussed this with a fire safety inspector and the possibilities for cause of any electrical fires will not be because of the material for the cover used, but because of wrong installed wiring, so be smart and precise when you work with electrical wiring. Since the socket part is the original part from the original housing, any shorts happening at the equipment's plug will be directed at fire resistant and approved parts. When working with electricity, shut off the main breakers so you can do any electrical installation without any risks of electrical shock. Be sure you know what you are doing, if not, let the installation be done by someone who is qualified to do this.
