Wii Wheel Sport Wall Mount

Wii Wheel Sport Wall Mount

I recently printed out four of gerko87's Wii Wheels (the "Sport" version) for game nights, but I didn't want to just stuff them in a drawer somewhere. I created this minimalist mount to put them on the wall. I prefer not to keep batteries inside the controllers (cleaning up after a battery leak sucks), so I included a place to put them when the controller isn't in use. The intended anchor method is typical thumb-tacks (minimizes damage to the wall), but you could drill out the two holes to a larger size if you wanted to use screws or something else. They're intentionally small, so expect to drill them out to suit the diameter of your tacks, nails or screws. This can easily be printed on it's back without supports, infill as needed to support the top layers. Select your top/bottom solid layer count at your own discretion for your printer - my prints didn't even have an infill layer on the backplate. I recommend 3 perimeters (inside to outside).
