This is the Wikipedia Logo as 3d Puzzle. The original version is to be found on Github:https://github.com/slashme/WikipediaGlobePrintable I didn't manage to print the original file. So I splited the file into eight individual files containing 3 to 4 pieces in an row. Scale them up by at least 40 (4.000% !). This will give an handy size of 103mm in diameter (see pictures) and enable proper support to the fingers. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: Scale them up by at least 40 (4.000% !) and tilt the row 20-35° backwards to enable proper support to each finger. Have a close look at the slicing result to make sure that there is support were it is needed. If there is not enough increase the tilting angle. I used ABS but PETG ore PLA might be a better choice. My printer dose not feature an fan for cooling. So the fit of the parts is not great. It needed patience, sanding and filing to get the pieces together. Post-Printing Have a close lock to the support struktur. I had t reprint two parts. The Parts in the front ar left over.
