The Wind Spinner will work on a flat hard surface where there is plenty of wind. The panels on the wind catcher will catch the wind and rotate it on its 8 wheels. Instructions Print one wind catcher and one base Print 8 wheels and axles Glue the bottom of the wind catcher stick to the center of the base Put the axles through the holes on the base and attach with hot glue, poly cement, etc. Slide the wheels on the axle and put a dab of hot glue on the end to prevent it from coming off. Put on hard surface, create some wind and watch it spin!
