This is a complete Remix of Stumphoppers https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:229975. With Bearings and more stable. Wind Direction Indicator 1 has a bit of an Spaceshuttle, second One as 911 Turbo. Design your own! A complete.stp is included for any Changes. You need 2 608 Bearings, 2 M8 Nuts, 1 M8 Nyloc Nut, 1 M8 threaded Rod and Superglue. First fit the Arms with Superglue to the Rotor. All in same Direction ;) Put 2 M8 Nuts on the threaded Rod. Later counter them at the perfect Height. Then Bottom@Rod, Rotor with Spacer@Rod, Top@Rod and Direction with Spacer@Rod. On Top the Nyloc. Have a Look on Rotor/Arms to bring them spinning exactly horizontally. If not, adjust it with an little Hammer ;) At least screw all together with Care: Adjust Rod and Nyloc on the Top to one Height and fix it all using the 2 M8 @ the Bottom. Give some light Bumps to the Rods Bottomend, so that the Bearings came in align Position and all can run freely. Dont forget 2 counter! All you have to do now is to search a perfect Place, fix it there and wait for some Wind =) EDIT: Shortet the Spacer for Direction Indicator to 7mm, increased the Rudder for better Indication. Added my Sign ;) direction.stl and complete.stp are the new one. EDIT 16.6.2019: Remembering my 911 Turbo (930) from 1987 i designed and added an additional Indicator. Supports recommended. An 930.stp is included so feel free to design your own Indicator. Let me know about your Makes and Ideas just here ;) EDIT2 16.6.2019: Added a indicatorbase.stp as Basis for your Designs. The Black One shows the Space needed for the Top Nut. Indicator Thickness ~3mm. EDIT 22.6.2019 Added a Mobile Home Indicator. Print it flat and glue it together. A .stp File is included.
