Here in this project using actual measuring of an Old Windmill Tower is redesigned. In this i have created second part of Windmill Tower Vane Assembly part till now ,In upcoming weeks i will uploaded other parts also .In this i have utilized the sheetmetal & weldments module of solidworks to get the work done smoothly & creation of a prairie windmill vane.The weldment tool offers design automation where solid body structural members are created along a sketched lattice. These bodies can be trimmed at intersections with other created solid bodies and weld beads applied using various options. Here i have implemented sheet metal design, the swept boss/base feature toolbox fasteners, decals of company logos and more.
