XRef links simplify the basic scene by reducing file size and increasing Viewport drawing speed due to low-poly copies of models used as proxy representations. The link system is arranged in such a way that customers can change mapping and material of models directly in the scene without correcting external original files, allowing each model to have its unique color solution in each scene. This approach offers an absolute advantage: small file size gives the opportunity to use regular equipment without expensive professional machines.
