The Window in my old (97) Dakota started binding when closing, I took the door apart and found one of these little rollers missing. I whipped this up in openscad and fixed it! I converted it for parametric adjustment. Maybe it will help someone else out. I had to run all the measurements a bit looser than I measured the old one, might be my printer, but keep it in mind. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: I3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 50% Notes: Mine were so small that they are 100% infill. You might need to play with it.
