A while back, a popular home improvement store sold a line of vinyl window called the Reliabit 3500 series. The window sash lifts appear to be difficult to find (I was never able to track them down), and they will start cracking as they age. This is a usable replica of the lift. Works for me and I hope it helps a few others. PETG 240 C extrude 40 mm/s cooling off 85 C plate temp When removing the old lift, after removing the screws (careful they're tight - use the correct bit), you'll quickly find out they used a glue between the lift and the window. A razor blade can be used to fit in the gap between the window and the lift to separate them.
