Window Shade Bracket

Window Shade Bracket

thingiverse

I have always hated the very cheap, thin metal brackets available to hold roller type window shades, so I designed some. Each shade requires 2 brackets, one for the right side of the window and one for the left. I call them the "Hole" bracket (right side) and the "Slot" bracket (left side). Additionally, I have provided 3 different sizes (or heights) of brackets to account for various possible shade/window fit issues. The three sizes are the normal 8 mm tall size (2 dots) and a thinner 6 mm size (1 dot), and one thicker 10 mm size (3 dots). If the 2 dot (8 mm) size brackets are too tight a fit then try the smaller 6 mm (1 dot) size, and likewise for too loose a fit just go larger to the 10 mm (3 dot) size. You can also mismatch and combination of the various sizes to fit your needs. I have provided the STL files for each bracket size INDIVIDUALLY as well as a STL file for each size PAIR, as well as a STL file for ALL BRACKET SIZES together so the TEST set can be printed at once. I suggest that you print the "AllShadeHolders" to get a TEST set of all the various sizes so you can determine which specific ones to print for each window.
