Window Shelf Adapter

Window Shelf Adapter

thingiverse

This is a simple adapter bracket to add shelf space to a window. It features a tab that rests in the window guide to hold the shelf in place. The design works well for my planters, and it is easy to move. Not every widow is the same, so this will require you to measure your window and adjust the dimensions of the adapter. In my example you will need two printed adapter brackets, a wood shelf, and four wood screws. I used some random screws I found, but you can adjust the width of the hole if you want a specific size. I have uploaded a Fusion 360 file with preprogrammed parameters that should allow you to easily adjust the dimensions. See the attached PDF for instructions. I also included the .stl file shown on my example images, but this most likely will not work for your window. Please let me know if you have any feedback. Thanks!
