WindUp Toy Car

This is a remix of Dual Mode Windup Car by gzumwalt, available at https://cults3d.com/es/modelo-3d/juegos/dual-mode-windup-car. Made in the context of the Master's Degree in Additive Manufacturing Design and Engineering (DEFAM) at CIM-UPC Barcelona, Spain. We didn't want the gears hidden, so we redesigned the chassis. We would like a car that resembles a toy. Another change was the spring, we increased the dimensions and gave it more pitch. The number of parts have been simplified to reduce the number of prints and possible tolerance errors between them. The tolerances between parts are approximately 0.3/0.4 mm so that they fit without problems. It has been tested with an Ender S1 Pro. For the axles we recommend using infields from minimum 40% so they don't break easily. We did all these changes with SolidWorks and Rhinonceros. Only seven parts are changed from the original design, and they are: Body_Left Body_Right Spring Pawl Gear_Pawl Axle_Spring Gear_Pinion_Floatinf_12_8. The Gear_Pinion_Floatinf_12_8 needs to be printed on its side with supports; the rest is support-free. All of the original parts are included here so you don't need to download anything else.
