Here is Winston Churchill relief on medallion/pendant ready for 3D printing. I am attaching version with ring added and without, however would you like to print it. I am including obj and stl formats. The current scale is 65 mm x 65 mm x 12,5 mm but you are free to change it. The depth of the base without the head is 3 mm. The model was created in ZBrush and Rhinoceros.
