This is a small "pin" that you insert into the "Monster Headphone Holder" after you have put your wire(s) into it. I realized my wire kept popping out so I designed something to hold it in place. It should be an exact fit to anyone who used the original version at 100%. If you increased the size to say 105% than up this one to 105% as well and it should work. You may have to lightly sand the corners. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 20% Notes: This is a very simply print. You could lower the infill if you like, but I definitely wouldn't bother raising it. I printed in ABS, but PLA would work fine and other materials may be usable. How I Designed This In case anyone is curious on how to make something an exact match. I used Tinkercad to turn the original into a cut than used that cut on a block and trimmed off any other excess that I didn't need and voila, exact match.
