This is a small hook for attaching to your wire sheliving near the wall to add a hook for belts or anything else. I printed them in white PLA + (inland / Micro center) with 3 perimeters and they are plenty strong. To install slide the hook (bottom) over the rear wire bar of the shelf then rotate and slide the hook down and use ( a lot) of force to snap it into place...choose your placement wisely as removal is surprisingly hard.
