Wire Grommet

Wire Grommet

I used these to finish my speaker cable runs through the walls for my home theater. Instead of plain holes in the wall, I have these nice grommets. In order to sit flush, just lay a board over the grommet when inserted in a 1/2" hole, and give it a tap. It should flush it up to the wall. Otherwise, take a hammer and dent the hole a few mm's. Both methods work. The hole is 1/4" and will accept most coax, ethernet or speaker wire (jacketed too). My 14mm in wall rated speaker wire was TIIIIIGHT, so YMMV. Enjoy!
