Wire Guide This is a great wire guide that organize the messy wires especially those behind the computer desk. It's made to fit table with 1" or 2.5cm thick. I always wanted to organize my wires but I can't really find anything from that store that does what I wanted. I wanted something big enough to hold several cables and easy to install. Screwing and nailing is hard in tight spaces and making changes is a pain. So, I decided to design one for myself. After many versions of trial and errors, I finally came up with a version that fit my need. 1) No screws, nails or tapes are needed. You can still do it to make it more permanent. 2) Easy to install - especially in those tight spaces, like behind the table against the wall? 3) Simple to print and fast. Who have an hour to print one guide? Chances are you may need to print more than one guide. I printed 6 in about an hour. 4) Fit nicely - I made the slot that goes into the table with 1 degree inward for each clamp. 5) Use less PLA. So, I made it with holes. The cable will not fall through those holes, I promise! ** Adjust the clamps to fit the thickness of your desk/table. Mine is exactly 1" or 2.5 cm. Have Fun! Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm - 0.4mm Infill: 5-10% Notes: Since this is just for wire guide, I wanted to print it faster, I use the fastest settings: Material: PLA No supports nor raft needed. Resolution: 0.4 mm for fastest printing but 0.2 mm looks better. Infill: Usually I use 10%, but to speed thing up, 5% seems to work fine. Print Speed: 100 mm/s, with 120 mm /s travel. Temperature: standard PLA settings.
