Wire Harness Clamp

Wire Harness Clamp

I have seen these wire harness clamps in the arcade and pinball machines I work on and found them to be very simple and useful. I had trouble finding them on Amazon, with the bulk of them being closed loops that wouldn't let you add/remove wires as needed. So... My first attempt turned out to be very heavy duty. I reduced the width and made it thinner to be more flexible with cheaply extruded ABS. These are all 3/4" wide with a mounting hole that fits a #8 screw. I made three sizes based on the inside diameter of the loop: 1/2", 3/4", 1". The material thickness is 0.07". I intended to print these in nylon for flexibility, but I have only done them in ABS and they seem to work very well as-is.
