Simple wire hook with one or two 'hooks'. Screw to wall. Do what you want with it! At it's current size it will loosely fit a cable line or heavy duty extension cord. I'd recommend scaling it down for smaller cables. Edit: Added the sketch-up file for your own editing needs!
