My take on a simple wire rope isolator for vibration dampening of cameras (& potentially other things?) attached to RC vehicles. Assembled using 10mm M3 bolts & nyloc nuts, with 2mm wire rope cut to size using a Dremel with a fiberglass reinforced cut off wheel (cool cats wear eye protection). I chose ~75mm length for the wire rope but that wasn't exactly an informed decision, so please experiment. Mounting holes take 1/4" UNC bolts (standard tripod size).
