This is a hook to support a Cold-RolLED Weldable Steel Metal Round (a solid pipe). This pipe will sustain 6 wire spool. The system involves 2 of these hooks, the pipe and two screws (6- 1 1/2) to attach the hooks to a shelf. How I Designed This Design process I decided to make my own holder for a set of wire spool for the soldering area in my lab. I took the measures from the wire spool. I found a piece of Cold-RolLED Weldable Steel Metal Round (a solid pipe) that fitted to the measures (diameter) to the wire spool hole and long enough to sustain 6 wire spool. I calculate the screw size according to the expected weight. I measured the distance between the base (attached part to the surface to sustain the system in this case a shelf) and the pipe that will sustain the wire spools (that distance has to clear the size of the half of the wire spool diameter). Using the measures for the base and the distance from base to pipe I created the base and the hook as separately pieces in Thinkercad and then I attached them to create only one object. making a hole with the diameter of the cylindrical metal part in the hook. I create the holes for a pan wood screw with freason drive (6-1 1/2) on the base (2 holes)
