This a wire management for a HeroMe Gen 6 setup for and Ender 3 that uses a 3dfused X-Axis Linear Rail Kit and the LGX extruder from Bondtech (where the motor faces the front of the printer). This strain relief can be used on ANY LGX setup for HeroMe Gen6 where the extruder motor is facing the front of the printer and the LGX faceplate is toward the back of the printer. The Wire Holder is ONLY meant for 3dfused X-Axis linear Rail kits for Ender 3/Ender 3 Pro. The modified fan cover is meant for the HeroMe Gen6 and should be used with the "HMG6 DD Base OEM-MK8-MS-BMS - Bondtech LGX.stl" base. The Strain Relief comes in two flavors: A. 90 Degree Strain Relief B. Straight Strain Relief The top two screw that are on the front faceplate are removed and you use appropriate length M3 screws in their place that first go through the strain relief printed part and then into the front face plate of the LGX extruder motor. Since the Extruder motor on this setup is facing toward the front of the printer, the face plate will be located or oriented toward the back of the printer. The Wire Holder has two parts which sandwiches the 3dfused X-Axis plate between the two parts so that it can ride on the 3dfused X-Axis. See the first picture, the green item is the Wire Holder while the pint item is the strain Relief, the aqua item is the vertical mount for the ADXL345 board which is mounted to the side of the LGX extruder and the yellow item is the modified fan cover that works with the "HMG6 DD Base OEM-MK8-MS-BMS - Bondtech LGX.stl" HeroMe Gen6 base unit. I added the Fusion 360 model in .f3d format and .step format. I also added the crash levelers I have on my Ender 3 that work with the "HeroMeGen6_LGX_90Degree_strain_Relief_x1.stl" file. These crash levelers are called "z_stop_77.5mm_x2.stl" and you need to print two of these. The crash levelers are used to level your X-Axis gantry if you are using two Z stepper motors. It leaves enough room at the top of the machine so that the Strain Relief does not hit the top extrusion of the Ender 3. Please use the following Klipper macro which will perform a Mechanical Gantry Calibration: https://github.com/strayr/strayr-k-macros/blob/main/mechanical_level_tmc2209.cfg These crash levelers will reduce the Z max from 250mm to 197mm. I have added two other options for mounting the ADXL345 on the side of the LGX: A. ADXL345_Horizontal_LGX.stl B. ADXL345_LGX_left_side.stl Just place it on the appropriate side to match your LGX screw holes and use longer screws. Edited: 7/11/2022 I added the fan cover I used for this setup because the fan covers that are in the OPTIONS folder of the HeroMe Gen6 where to thick on the top of the fan cover and interfered with the LGX screw mounts. The flat fan cover located in the files area has the top part shaved down so that it will fit under the LGX extruder motor and will not interfere with the LGX screw mounts to the HeroMe Gen6 Base unit. I also updated the first photo picture to show my current setup. I am using the vertical ADXL345 LGX mount which is shown in "Aqua" color. The Wire holder is in "Green" color. The Wire Strain Relief in in "Pink" color and the modified fan cover is in "Yellow" color.
