This is a protective sleeve for the WISMEC Reuleaux RX GEN3 battery case. It is to be printed from flexible materials. I used TPU. It has a thigh fit, so hard materials wound work. I removed the hole for the USB plug to prevent charging inside the sleeve witch other wise might lead to overheating. There are for models two with flutes at the back two with out and two wit a recess for the ring of my [Uwell Crown 4 cap](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3526559) and two with out. To print such tall parts with fine details in flexible materials is quite challenging. So I integrated the necessary support with in the model. The Support must be removed after printing like shown in the images. It is also important to print with appropriated settings for soft materials. The values for acceleration and jerk must be reduced hardly to preserve fine details: Acceleration should be set not higher than 500 for moves with extrusion Jerk should be set not higher than 4. The values for Linear Advance are also quite surprising for flexibles. So it is a good idea to tune in Linear Advance for your specific material an mashine (see https://marlinfw.org/docs/features/lin_advance.html). On my direct driven E3D V6 I use an K-factor of 3.5. (Keep in mind that the concept of Linear Advance was changed in Marlin 1.19. Prusa is still using the Linear Advance 1.0) These changes can be added directly to stat G-Code: M900 K3.5 ; Linear Advance V1.5 Marlin 1.19 and above M204 P500 R700 T1000; Printing acceleration P=>extrusion R=>retraction T=>travel M205 X4 Y4 ; X/Y max jerk (units/s)
