Most modern designs are hand drive Bicycle brakes. A simple alteration of the brake lever to move the prosthesis along the steerer tube. The idea to do something similar to a scooter ... but I think that for the scooter throttle and brake control is easier to do for the legs as in a car with automatic transmission.
