wlan extender power case with tripod mount

I use the popular combination of wlan extender tplink TL-WA830RE and powerbank XT-Power MP-10000 to extend the range of my perrot ar drone 2. This case attaches the powerbank to the extender and provides a mount for a tripodm so you can set it up at your starting place. Mounting your extender on a certain height improves the range as you move away from interference of the ground. you need: a common tripod socket 10mm diameter. maybe a liitle bit of glue Instructions print the parts (you need 2 knobs and 2 long pins) attach the adapter to the extender using the knobs. put the through the holes in the adapterframe turn 90 degrees and put the into the holes for the wall mount of the extender. turn around 20 degrees, the adapter should now sit tight. attach the powerframe to the adapter using the long pins. just stick them through, but be gentle and maybe use pliers to ensure the frame doesnt bend and break. attach the tripod mount to the adapter. push the pin though the center hole . depending on your print you might need to sand the pieces a little, yu might want to secure the connections with a little glue. though it wasnt neccessary on my print. push teh tripod socket into the hole in the mount piece. i recommend to hot glue this in, as it is the most vital part and you dont want your extender/powerbank just falling of the tripod. thats pretty much it. put the powerbank in sideways, secure it with the clamp, connect the cable. have fun.
