Here it is, the print in place hex bit storage case for 1/4" bits. No Supports I printed mine out of PETG at 0.3mm layers but I think finer layer heights would definitely help with the fit of some of the hex bits. I had a few spots that were a little tough because of sag in overhangs but after running a bit through it a few times it works well. I would highly recommend opening the file and saving one of the hex bit holders to test the fit yourself without having to print the whole thing to test. Gaps in "bearings" are at 0.25mm I included the step file and F3D file in case you need to edit the fits to the hex bits or if you want to make it hold other things. I recommend printing in PETG or something that has good layer to layer adhesion. The longest bridge is 16mm long but you shouldn't need bridge settings if you print with at least 3 walls, the width of the bridges are between 1-2mm at there base. The model should be in the correct orientation when its loaded into slicer. The picture shows how I printed mine. Once its finished printing you may need to loosen the "bearings" if you have stringing or sagging. But just be careful and try to pry all of the bit holders up evenly and you should be fine. Update 10/15/21 I added another STL and STEP named "Screw Driver Bit Case Stop Removed" to the downloads. I removed a stop that I added to the middle arm connecting the two linkage assemblies. The stop was meant to prohibit the arm from rotating the wrong way on the closing action, though it made it so the case couldn't be opened at a complete 180degrees. The stop also made access to the hex bit ports closest to the linkage assemblies near impossible to use. If you decide to print this version just be careful when closing to ensure the middle arm is rotating the correct direction.
