A hand tool form cutting small pieces wood strips. Useful while building balsa model airplanes, ships or similar. The tool uses standard utility blades. Assemble the tool with a M3 screw and a lock nut acting as a hinge and fasten the blade by inserting a 3M nut in the nut-trap and a screw from the other side. Mount it to a piece of hardwood using four small wood screws according to the images. Finally add the rubber band.
