I've needed a chessboard for the 3D printed chess pieces (see https://www.thingiverse.com/make:578579 ) and so I created neccessary tiles. The tiles are to assemble like a puzzle. For daily use assembling togehther is to hard, so I've glued the whole board after finishing, coloring and colorless spraying to a piece of leather. I've used 6.7mm beech plywood and a 2mm milling device. Attention: The dxf files are without any spacing between the thiles - this was made with the EstlCam program, which had produced the cnc code. - .dxf files as base for post prozessing - .e10 files are the project files from the CAM program EstlCam (Version 10) - .ngc files represent the linuxcnc gcode for some numbers of tiles (smaller than A4 sheet)
