Many years ago, after I built my CNC mill, I designed this watch used as a cutting test. This is the first work done with my cnc. In the zip file you will find a file named "- Progetto orologio.cdr." This file is used to derive the various designs of the pieces for the construction and also need to see them. I submit that as a feature is not the best; need a heavy burden for its operation. Aesthetically it seems nice, does picere see it hanging. After years he is still there in its place, hanging in my living room, to remember the good times. Instructions In the various drawings you see the construction of various axles and gears exhaust. In the trees of the axes is inserted a steel rod that runs on brass bushings inserted in the walls. This serves to decrease the friction of the rotation. In the drawings, the parts colored in yellow, are made of brass. For them the teeth of the escapement wheels I used, if I remember correctly, the rods of stainless steel 2 mm obtained by a slash. The tooth exhaust I had milled from a brass plate. There are drawings that indicate the materials used. The wood used is of the multilayer type, preferably of the type marine environment which is much more rigid and less deformable. The thickness of the various pieces is derived from drawing in side view (6 and 8mm.). Drawings are 1:1 scale.
