Wooden hinged box made of 3mm thick plywood and a laser cutter. The provided files are engraving free vector files, and can easily be customized. They can be edited with Inkscape. The current dimensions are 140x115x210mm^3 for the outside envelope, and 134x80x204mm^3 for the inner volume. A usefull video detailling the hinges conception and assembly can be found here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8WLNcvivJ8 (on my design, a toothpick has been added in the middle of the main shaft to reduce the amount of shear stress on the glue layer) The dimensions of the shaft and toothpick holes may be changed depending on your laser cutter tolerances.
