This machine was built and used about 15 years ago to duplicate large wooden propellers. It is a basic 3D duplicating machine using a high speed router. The duplicator can be easily modified, it uses a "master" propeller to be duplicated and a wooden blank from which the new propeller is cut. Maximum propeller diameter is 30 inches. Modeled using Solidworks 2008, iges files also provided.
