This 3D model was designed as part of our CNU California Chapter our annual By-Design-Charrette. The design was conceptualized in collaboration with the City of Woodland, the County Fair Mall owners, and the greater community. Our chapter has found through our annual By-Design-Charrette that 3D models help residents understand how new urbanism can inform the Suburban Retrofit of Woodland’s County Fair Mall. The plan was developed to help attract the necessary investment and development interest to create a walkable, mixed- used center for living, shopping and working within the boundaries of the existing Mall site.
