This was designed to hold an accelerometer for vibration data collection to be used in an industrial environment for vibration analysis. MY accelerometer is 17.5 mm in diameter so this mount fits that size. It fits the quick connect system on the Wooster Sherlock GT system of paint poles. It is designed to print in the best orientation to reduce support material, and has one built in support material for the bolt head cutout. Bolt Type: Hex Head 1/4" x 20 and 1/4" x 20 hex nut for the knob Bolt Length: 1 1/4" or 1 3/8" Insert the hex nut into the knob, and glue the cap into the top of the knob to hold it in place. The hex bolt should be fine not being glued. It is inserted into the other side away from the knob and runs through all of the parts. It was designed to fit this size bolt, but it should also fit a M7 x 1 x 30mm based on the tolerances I used. Clamp Screw Type: Pan Head M3 x 0.5 x 15mm and M3 x 0.5 hex nut Should also fit a Pan Head 4-40 x 5/8" long and hex nut Needs a small spring between the two halves to push the teeth apart when it's loosened. It just need to be bigger in diameter than the 1/4" bolt and doesn't need to be very strong or long to work. I have also added a blank that can be added onto so that anyone needed to use this type of paint pole can design their own attachments. I have also added a blank for the accelerometer holder that can be modified with any diameter hole you need and it will hopefully work for anyone's application.
