Here is my version of Worf's sash from Star Trek. The design is very simple really, I designed the links so you can clip them into the ring, but they won't come out. It's made to fit 20mm ribbon between the links and you have Worf's emblem too. You obviously need a lot of the links and rings. I used 250 rings and 350 links to make one for myself.
