I've got two old batteries from my iRobot Roomba that are still half-charged - 14.4 volts with about 2000 mAh of capacity left or maybe even a bit more! It'd be such a waste to toss them, so let's find some useful thing to do with them instead! Hmm... What if I made a wireless spotlight? That sounds like a great idea! Check out the circuit board diagram for the parts list. In addition to what's already on there, here are some things you'll also need: LED tubes - 15x15mm, 1mm thick, one tube should be about 300mm long and another one 100mm long Don't forget to add an isolating sleeve to the voltage regulator and MOSFET.
