A little 1/10 scale vice for your RC garage, and it is functional. Updated the design. Everything fits together much better this and can be printed with absolutely no supports. Requires 1 x M3 x 40mm Socket cap screw 1 x M3 nut 1 x M3 5.4×1.8mm square nut 1 x 16 long barbell. (basic piercing items) Typically 1.6mm shaft and 3mm end balls. Assembly: Clean up the print if needed and make sure parts fit together and move freely. insert head of 40mm screw into the printed cap Using a 3mm drill bit, ream the holes down the center of the vice guides Insert the 40mm screw through the front of the vice and screw on the M3 nut(Hex one) once the nut is all the way in, loosen it a little so its easy to rotate and does not bind. Apply CA Glue to the nut and screw contact area. Make sure not to get any between the nut and printed part. Once dry, insert the front vice part into the base until the screw is close to the opening in the base. Insert the square nut into the slot under the base and rotate the 40mm screw to engage it. Thats pretty much it, you should now have a functional scale vice.
