Black and Decker Workmate Handles. Both of my handles on my trusty B&D WorkMate had broken off, probably due to misuse! So, I designed these in SolidWorks and printed out on TOM Mk7 and they work great, much more robust than the originals IMHO. Instructions Remove the remains of the old handles, knock out the pins with a 4mm drift (or an old screwdriver) Download the file Generate gcode with 100% fill, this takes about 2 hours to print, using Jetty accelerated firmware, but they are very robust The holes turn out to be slightly small in diameter so ream them out with a 11mm drill if you have one (7/16" is a close substitute) Re-insert the pins Enjoy!
