Workshop 88 has a mini mill CNC conversion that needed limit switches. One of the easiest place to install them was on the DRO's attached to the machine. This thing is the clip designed to hold the limit switches to the DRO's. They are to be held in place with a 4-40 socket cap screw with a captured lock nut. The clip along with models of the switch, nuts, socket cap screw, the DRO, and test pieces to print to find ideal hole diameters for your printer were all created in OpenSCAD and are included. Workshop 88 is a maker space in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Check us out at http://workshop88.com Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .2mm layer Infill: 10% Notes: Print with 6 shells or walls, infill shouldn't matter with the current design. Printing with a raft may not be necessary but improves the tolerance of the finished part by not having "smooshed" first layers. Note: The holes are enlarged because the MakerWare slicer always makes holes too small. It appears to build the shells into the holes rather than around them, I've reported this as a bug but they have not fixed it. :-( (Please comment if you have noticed this with MakerWare or the Replicator 2)
