In my opinion the topology is high quality, quads only. It took some time, but you get a good model. As you can see on the wireframe preview images, edge loops are applied, so you can easily subdivide the model if prefered and get good results with softer edges. I triple checked the model for isolated verticles and overlapped faces, it is clean, should render nicely.
