Scans of a metal toy soldier in World War 1 clothes. Most recently, this was a prop used in Teddy's box of toys in the play Arsenic & Old Lace. Before that it was a toy that has been in my family for a long time. Exploring different methods of 3d Scanning, using 123dCatch and a NextEngine Scanner. There are two versions from the NextEngine scanner, a quick low resolution one and the highest quality setting. All three files needed cleanup in Netfabb Studio to get a watertight STL. Instructions Print and enjoy. Update: I have added the original scans from Next Engine exported as .obj files.
